accidentally I saw your mail, since the last one was probably filtered...

Since I got no reasonable feedback on Eagle2HAL I only used it for my 
own configuration and did neither update the wiki nor my own page.

If it helps, have a look at the snapshot I pushed on my server. It 
includes a newer library, some changes, and new projects, where I also 
tried to use a joypad (sucessfully but not satisfying):

I did not use it since a while, thus can not promise if its working. 
Naturally it is as bad documented as the predecessor. But maybe you'll 
need Eagle 5.x for the new version.

I'm a bit busy at present, but will try to answer your questions, just 
keep 'eagle' in the subject.
