Anyone care to check my work?

Reference:
http://www.wallacecompany.com/machine_shop/EMC2/LM567.png

~~~~~~~~~
fo = 1/(1.1*R1*C1)
if R1 = 2.4k, fo = 1kHz
1kHz = 1/(1.1*2.4k*C1)
1000*1.1*2400*C1 = 1
C1 = 1/(1000*1.1*2400) = .000000379F = .4uF
~~~~~~~~~
%BW = 1070 sqrt(Vi/(fo*C2))

if Vi = 5V, fo = 1kHz %BW = 10%

10 = 1070 sqrt(5/(1000*C2))
(10/1070)^2 = 5/(1000*C2)
C2 = 5/(1000*(10/1070)^2) = 57
~~~~~~~~~
C1 seems okay, C2 not. I need to order some parts and try it out.
Thanks.
