Gene, Don't know if you follow much of the goings on over at CNCZone, but there's a fella over there that's designed and is selling a PID controlled speed controller for routers. The reports from the guys using it are all thumbs up. Maybe you could think of a full sized router, which would give you a bigger choice in tool bits, and use the PID speed controller to settle that wild mustang down for certain bits?
