tight enough. This makes the Quick-Change a lot less quick and worrisome
to use. The Quick-Change taper is the same but the flange is different:

I may be perpetuating the Quick-Change rumors, but it might be safe to
say, if you need new tooling, avoid Quick-Change, if you already have
Quick-Change, don't turn your back on them and search for first hand
testimony.

Another issue, since EMC'ers tend to be crafty, and Quick-Change
spindles tend to not have a center hole, adapting a draw bar and
automated tool changer would not be possible. I believe I have seen
threads that indicate spindles can be drilled.
