In this case it is an M12x1.75 and am M10x1 on the same grub screw. (setscrew)

That is all there is to see, you screw the shank down onto the big
setscrew until the drive pins nearly engage, then back-out the
setscrew which pulls down the shank onto the tool. (because it screws
up into the shank by more than it backs out of the tool). So there is
no need for a head-seat inside the shank, and the bore down the shank
only needs to be big enough for the hex-key.
