Nothing that works properly. Normal USB won't guarantee timing. If you
want more IO then PCI is the best supported interface.
The Parallel Port systems from Pico and Mesa are great ways to get
more IO (the 7i43 offers 48 pins and hardware step generation, the
Pico PPMC lets you plug in several 16-IO cards I believe)

The Mach3 guys seem to use a USB device called "SmoothStepper", but
the name is all I know about it.
