Exactly what does it say on the chuck?  I have one that says RJ3-16 that I 
never could find a key 
that would fit correctly - I found some that came close enough to use. It came 
with a Rutland drill 
press.  The hole for the key is 21/64" a bit too big for a quarter inch key..


I'm guessing that there are metric and English standards for chuck keys, but 
I've not found that 
information.
