That seems to be in the help pulldown, and works by pulling firefox from 
its default screen so its on top of the inkscape screen, which is fixable, 
EXCEPT inkscape is backgrounded and completely disabled while reading it.  
So I'll close that copy, then try your link.  Seems sort of dumb to not 
just fork the browser process & go on.  But I have it that way now thanks 
to your link.  And thanks to you for it.
