So I probably shouldn't set it to 2.84 amps, could well be too much & damage the rotor since the series wired current max then would be only 2.5 amps. It can put 155 pounds on the end of a drill bit as is, good enough I think. The 225's can take the 2.84 amps IIRC, but those puppies don't have a label of any kind on them.
