While I didn't manage to find basic gfortran INCLUDE doco in the keyword index, it is here: http://gcc.gnu.org/onlinedocs/gcc-3.3.6/g77/INCLUDE.html OK, that's an old gcc version, but I'm just using google to track the sucker down. Newer manuals refer also to cpp #include capability, so I wonder if the gfortran community is going that way, and the fortran INCLUDE idiom is falling into disuse?
