1- I tested Latency , and put the number in wizard 2- yes I tested the Axis but they didn't move in this test !! 3- I woud like the parallel port signal but I don't know how I could test it I used the original Ubuntu EMC 2 that Sherline send with their driver box , normally it set for mill and lathe and this company don't send a wrong software . If you know or you have a solution for test and set the parallel port pin , please let me know . Did you do a latency test? When using the stepconfig program did you try the stepper test? Did it work? Can use see if the parallel port is outputting _any_ signals? I few general things come to mind: -you don't have the realtime version of linuxcnc - but the stepper test would have failed. -your parallel port address is wrong. the stepper test is your benchmark - if it doesn't move in the step test, it won't move anywhere else. (though the opossite is not necessarily true!)
