Oh yes. Actually there are lots of ways to do it. You can choose
between pyvcp and gladevcp panels. Then there are several options to
display the speed - simply as a number, as a progress bar, as a
dial...
Glade panels look so much better, but python panels are easier to set up.
Take a look at Integrator's manual, there is a section of VCP
examples, there is one of possibilities to display spindle speed on
screen. Here is very similar:
