I have a requirement to connect new drives to some Osai motors which have
resolver feedback as the original Osai VFD300 drives keep blowing up.
Our amplifier board uses the Advanced Motion Control DZR drive modules which
only have quadrature feedback supported.
I am going to use the Analog Devices AD2S1200 ic but there is also an
evaluation board that has the sine wave excitation oscillator built onto it.
This maybe the most cost effective way to convert resolver feedback to
quadrature.
