Thanks Andy, I got JA3 and gentrivkins set up and my ini/hal files converted. Now jogging and limits work, and I can call halui commands without having to mess around with switching between world and joint mode.
Unfortunately, now jogging with my gamepad doesn't work... but I guess that's another thread.
