The pcl720 driver included with master has a bug or three.  Since I am probably
the only person in the world using this driver, it is easy to see why the bugs
aren’t getting caught.  The problem I found is that the in-not pins don’t work
they are always true regardless of what the state of the matching in pin is.
Andy Pugh, very kindly wrote this driver for me quite a while ago.  The version
of this driver I had been using did not have the input inversion pins, so this
problem never got fixed.  I also didn’t realize that the driver was included
with master.  Recently I needed to upgrade this machine to the master version
for other reasons, and was surprised to find the pcl720 driver (I didn’t even
realize I was using a different version of the driver until just recently).

I think I might see where the problem is, but I don’t really know for certain
how I should go about fixing it.  Where would the file be that I should edit my
correction?  Then how should I compile and install it to test?  Last once I
have it fixed, where should I share what I’ve done?
