$440 for the 2 pole and $400 for the 4 pole.

I've had some second thoughts on the 2 pole motor as it has 1/2 the
torque of the 4 pole. If I gear the 4 pole 1:1 my RPM range would be 175
to 5400 and have constant HP up to 2600. The 4 pole (1750 RPM at full
load) motor has 6 lb-ft of torque at full load and the 4 pole (3490 RPM
at full load) only has 3 lb-ft.

This is the short specs for the 4 pole motor:
Inverter-duty AC motor, Marathon Electric NEMA Premium Efficiency XRI
series, 2 hp, 3-phase, 208-230/460 VAC, 1800 RPM, TEFC, 145TC frame with
rigid base, 7/8 (0.875) inch diameter shaft, rolled steel, Class F
insulation, F3 mounting, 10:1 variable torque rating, 10:1 constant
torque rating, 1.15 service factor on line power (1.0 service factor on
drive power)

Yes, the BP is a flange mount and so are both of these with 145TC mounts
that has both flange and foot. I know I'll have to make an adapter for
the 145TC to the BP mount.
