Hi Dave I use synergy as a cam part. i use Rhino 4 for cad part. Some times synergy act unpredictably. Example - Do you use --Boundary Cross Slice--? Right now i am running 5 hours program created with --Boundary Cross Slice and is is ok some times but --Boundary cross Pocke -- just does not working. Program -cut profile and than mill down part material as well. I sent file to Bob but he did not check it out. There is more difficult thing-- how surfaces joint each other. I do not want to go into specific - but did you ever found some hard to explain how software works?
