One more question on the way to a solution. I've found references on how to pass hal signals to ngc programs, but not vice versa. If I want to use a parameter from my ngc program in my hal logic, how do I pass it? Will I need to hijack something like spindle speed or can I pass arbitrary parameters via some mechanism?
