After a couple of hours trying to troubleshoot this, I am reaching to to the experts! I was setting up to cut a job. I ran it, cutting air, and decided to check/set the tool offsets. Somewhere in doing this, I got the following error:
Near line 74 of /home/eagle/linuxcnc/nc_files/SD_0910DRW01_new.ngc Radius to end of arc differs from radius to start: start=(X0.8794,Y0.7247) center=(X07778,Y0.5310) end=(X0.9966,Y0.3372) r1=0.2187 r2=0.2923 abs_err=0.07359 rel_err=25.1750% I am attaching the ngc file , but I don't think it is the source of the problem. I tried opening an earlier version that I used to successfully cut parts with back in August, and it gives a similar error now. Also when I dismiss the error and try to run the program, now I am getting "Z axis will exceed positive limit" when it comes to the third tool change, but I can move Z to the top, then restart from just before the tool change, and it will continue on to the next tool change. Maybe I botched up the tool table. Did I somehow get some other compensation turned on that is not obvious? Tired & frustrated at this point. Thank you for any help!! --J.
