I am happy that you find it useful. As you have experienced, it is very easy to make a quick-and-dirty script that does what you want, which would be a painful experience in most, if not all, CAD/CAM packages. (And doing anything quick-and-dirty in gcode directly is usually pure torture ;-) You have confirmed my own experience and the reason why I created gcmc.
