I did some housecleaning so all I have left is the .so, but ISTR I got it
from one of the tarballs I pulled from the russian site. But, today I can
find no mention of it and google is striking out, first 500 hits are for
people named Halio. :(
If push comes to shove, I can probably email the halio.so to whoever needs
it.
