I have tried both kernels (Xenomai in a Atom D525 and Preempt_RT on a 
Shuttle Core duo machine that is my desktop at home) Both seem fine video 
wise so maybe it is just a PowerVR video thing.

In both cases I started with a normal precise (12.04) instalation
