I want to spin a light load, being an encoder, at 14000 RPM using a motor
running at 7000 RPM. So I would gear up 1:2. Does anyone have experience
running a timing belt this fast? Is it practical? I only want to do this
for test purposes to run the encoder at its max rated speed. I only need
to run for mabe a few minutes to mabe an hour max.
