sorry, there are no packages available for the time being, but we'd be happy to have extra hands to help with that. But then building from a git repo is very well documented and not a problem - I understand it might take a bit of time to get up to speed, but its a one-time pain. Please see there is a goal conflict between 'rapid development' and 'packages available'.
