quick break down of amc part numbers (of the series that work well with linuxcnc)..

(takes ac directly - no need for a dc power supply) now the above one has no prefix.. (B or BE) so it is strictly runs brushed servos) B will do brushed and brushless BE usually means it can use encoder feedback in velocity mode. (and also does brushed and brushless) the last letter (like the T in the above example) is just a revision letter sam your mileage may vary...
