Cut down an allen wrench.  I have a whole collection of them w/ ~1/4" stubs
on the end.  Or I cut off a short pc w/ a cutoff wheel and tack weld it to
a flat bar.  Or cut off a short pc, drop it in the screw w/ pliers/tweezers
and use an open end wrench on the visible stub. You can make REALLY low
overhead allen wrenches when you have to.
