It is in the THCAD manual. But PCW has already said that you can run the THCAD directly from the encoder 5V supply on the 7ii33. You don't need a power supply. THCAD pin 1 (top) -> 7i33 pin 43 THCAD pin 2 -> 7i33 pin 38 THCAD pin 3 -> 7i33 pin 39 THCAD pin 4 -> ignore THCAD pin 5 -> ignore THCAD pin 6 -> 7i33 pin 40 That's it. That's all you need.
