Direction signals in the true/false sense are present at the motion.0. 
outputs, but are generally carried by the sign of the values propagated 
clear into the pwmgen's.  The pwmgen then toggles its direction output 
based on that sign.

Also, many target control devices don't behave well if the duty cycle is 
allowed to goto 100%.  So I have a limit3.gc module in front of the pwmgen 
input.value path that limits the absolute maximum (and I need to set a 
matching minimum too, thanks for reminding me) of the value passed to the 
pwmgen such that in the case of a 5i25 pwmgen driving one of the Pico 
Systems pwm_servo amplifiers, scaled from the scale of the pwmgen so as to 
maintain a minumum of a 1 u-sec off time even if I type s200000 on the mdi 
command line.
