Hello!

I was playing with the config on my router, when suddenly I started to
receive this error message.
I was configuring rotary axis, got it turning, so I changed stepgen
scale in INI file, restarted LinuxCNC and got this error.
I tried reverting whatever changes made also prior scale change, did
not help. Restarting PC also does not help. Some very old and outdated
configs backup did work, I tried to check for any strange differences
(like typos etc), but no luck there.

The thing is that I do not see any line, related to any of my config
files and I have no idea, what is "hal_init()" and how any of config
lines would affect it, so I will appreciate any suggestions.
