I ordered a yard of this: http://www.ebay.com/itm/400748938508 For a focuser tube liner, I rolled a piece of this velvet, fuzzy side in, around a 2" dia. rod, then put a layer of thin double sided tape on a piece of heavy paper and wrapped that over the velvet. The paper was sized for a 1.25" focuser tube. After the paper and velvet are bonded, I trimmed the velvet to the paper. The 2" diameter form with a 1.25" diameter circumference paper tube fits the focuser tube with enough spring to keep it in place and is pre-bent enough not to fold at any one place. This works really well. Thin sticks of wood and cardboard baffles are used for the main tube.
