I ordered a yard of this:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/400748938508

For a focuser tube liner, I rolled a piece of this velvet, fuzzy side
in, around a 2" dia. rod, then put a layer of thin double sided tape on
a piece of heavy paper and wrapped that over the velvet. The paper was
sized for a 1.25" focuser tube. After the paper and velvet are bonded, I
trimmed the velvet to the paper. The 2" diameter form with a 1.25"
diameter circumference paper tube fits the focuser tube with enough
spring to keep it in place and is pre-bent enough not to fold at any one
place. This works really well.

Thin sticks of wood and cardboard baffles are used for the main tube.
The view from the focuser hole is completely black even with unpainted
baffles, though the baffles show up through the front, so people know
what beer I drink.
