Extremely rarely Andy.  TBE, I have never seen one.  Usually the power 
folks set a pole and put a meter box with a bunch of 3 prong duplexes on 
it & everyone runs their personal drop cords to the pole.

Really large sites might have 8 or 10 such poles.
