The base should be 50mm square with the mounting holes on a 35mm square. I designed it to bolt to a THK HSR25 linear rail block. Of course it'll also mount to anything else with a 35mm square hole pattern. I looked at some others and they stick out too far and have it up too high. I wanted to bring it much closer to the mounting surface, which meant I had to move it down for clearance for airflow across the heat sink fins. Much easier to design from scratch instead of modding something else.
