The pcb2gcode/pcbtogcode? (I think thats what I used to make etching files from eagle, once generated a 90,000+ LOC etch file for one side, othe was similar. I edited in my autozero stuff for different tools, about 10 LOC 7 times in the drill files and it ran just fine. Took a while to run of course, way back in 2.5.x days.
