Looks like there was stress locked up in the board. then you sawed it and it wrapped. This happens a lot. I've seen it happen with fine hardwood and house framing lumber.
If you are making a laminated board out several smaller cut pieces after you saw each piece, you have to straighten it on a joiner. Wood does bend after it is ripped. Check it for flat after. Then almost always after the glue dries you new wide board will need to go through the planer and be cut down to the desired thickness. Then, few home shops have wide belt sanders, (this is a big tool with a 3 or 4 foot wide sanding bet) you can pay a local cabinet shop to finish sand the board. It would only take them a few minutes to run it though the machine, flip it and do the other side. But you are wanting to get a glued up board flat by bending it, that will not work. You have to cut and sand the high spots. I've salvaged glued-up jobs gone wrong by cutting the glue lines on a table saw then doing a re-do. Yes, you loose the width of the saw kerf times the number of glue lines. But really if you are gluing up boards you should be making them over sized on all three dimensions.
