Anodizing seems like an easy thing to have done in midwest USA. There seems to be a plating/anodizing shop in most cities of over 100K in the midwest. Extrusions will be more difficult but there are a number of aluminum extruders in Indiana, Michigan and Ohio. The trick will be finding an extrusion die that you can use or you will need to have one made. I don't think they are that difficult to make and chances are that an extrusion company can get you hooked up with a die maker. The 80-20 company is not far from me and I know there is another company that offers comparable extrusions in Fort Wayne as well. For whatever reason there seems to be a number of aluminum extrusion companies along the 80/90 tollway which goes across Indiana and Ohio. There are a couple or large extrusion companies that make extrusions for RVs near Elkhart. You can see the aluminum ingots stacked up outside the plants right off the tollway.
