That was my first thought too, but we'd have a heck of a lot bigger mess radioactively than chernobyl and fukushima combined. Serious damage to the environment because he has his facilities scattered all over that piece of dirt. And the only other nuclear power to do that bit of atomic surgery would have a front row seat to that and they hopefully know it. So those chances are between very slim and point triple-ought zip. So figure on conventional weapons and boots on the ground.
