Everyone should register. Last year we had a discount deal for presenters, but I have not heard if TechShop is doing that again. I will check into it.
The Best Western is near, and that whole area is Ford country, with many office buildings and the big Ford Rouge plant. It is not in the 'real' Detroit. It is cheaper than the hotel from last year. I am staying there. We will not have any facility for video recording the presentations. I had many years experience in doing training for DEC and found you either ruin the class by accommodating the video, or ruin the video by ignoring it. Videos made form the back of the room are always lousy and useless.
