Hello everybody, I am having a problem with my spindle at speed signal. I have the encoder working and the spindle runs at 6000 rpm and I get the values below which seem correct since these are RPS and not RPM.
Here is what I am using in my HAL: net spindle-vel-cmd-rps => near.0.in1 net spindle-vel-fb-rps => near.0.in2 net spindle-at-speed <= near.0.out setp near.0.scale 1.1 setp near.0.difference 3.333333 near.0.in1 = 100 near.0.in2 = 105 For whatever reason, the output 'near.0.out' never goes true. I changed the scale to 1.5 and the difference to 50 and still it stays false. What am I missing here, seems so simple but I cant get it going.
