Curious after having heard then mentioned on u-tube, I just ordered me a slightly bigger external tool holder for 11ERAG60 threading inserts, with 3 inserts, free but slow shipping for a hair over a tenner.
Later, after the card had been processed, it turned out they did have that insert in 10 packs for a few cents over $15 for the 10 pack. But when I searched for it from their front page, they claimed to only have a single 2 pack, which is why I ordered those 2 to go with the tool. I have a smaller tool that uses the 08ERA60 insert but haven't been able to find a source of those, even at grizzly's north of $150 pricing. Is that pretty much a western EU size? I've had an internal-external kit for about 2 or 3 years that I bought from an English firm, which uses the 08IRA60 for the internal threading. Those I can generally find. Whats the difference between one ending in A60, and one ending in AG60? Did I waste my sheckels?
