1st is transport layer. Second is trying to get 7i9) bit file loaded.
The path is correct and the file is in that location.
Any suggestions?

so
sudo mesaflash --device 7i90 --addr 0x378 --epp --readhmid
mesaflash --help lists all mesaflash options
