Yes, I've had this problem, too. SourceForge is using
uceprotect to check a list of spam detection lists, and if
they check 30 lists, then your ISP is likely to show up on
one of them.
I have to remember to switch my outgoing server before
sending to the EMC lists. Currently, gmail is OK, but my
real ISP, Charter, is on the blacklist. It is a big pain to
remember to switch the outgoing server for every email.
