But around 50 million users of radio-controlled clocks and wristwatches will. It sounds like your clocks didn't synch to radio properly, isn't DST mode part of the signal? (I know that WWVB transmits UTC and clocks apply local corrections, but I also thought that DST was a tag in the code) MSF60 in the UK broadcasts local time, either GMT or BST. Personally I think that all DST should be abolished, it amounts to lying about the time of day. If you don't like the time of sunrise and sunset then get up earlier or later. -- atp "A motorcycle is a bicycle with a pandemonium attachment and is designed for the especial use of mechanical geniuses, daredevils and lunatics." — George Fitch, Atlanta Constitution Newspaper, 1916 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Check out the vibrant tech community on one of the world's most engaging tech sites, Slashdot.org! http://sdm.link/slashdot _______________________________________________ Emc-users mailing list Emc-users@lists.sourceforge.net https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/emc-users
