To make that long URL for me I have to first edit the message with Outlook 
2010.  Change it to HTML.  Save and then hit reply.  Doing that keeps it 
intact.  Doing a reply while it's plain text inserts max line length to about 
76 characters.  I've changed the parameter for Outlook that is supposed to fix 
that but it doesn't seem to work.
 
So I guess if I do post a long link I need to make sure I'm doing this with 
HTML.

Yes, easy, but on my end, I saw 100+ characters of unreadable stuff that
line-wrapped multiple times.  The example below point to the same web page.
  Perhaps some of you see that same multiple unreadable lines?
