Hello list; LinuxCNC has its native 9 sets of work shift coordinates ( G54-G59.3). For me it is enough. I have used the Fanuc G54.1 P## and the HAAS expanded offset function. While not as user friendly you can have as many work shifts as you need by adding extra sub programs. o10 (RESET workshift)G10 ...P1G10...P#etc o11 (SET GROUP1) o12 (SET GROUP2)
It would be better to expand the "tool table" capacity, but it has been explained that trying to do so would be a major re-write of the LCNC package, so maybe when we get to the point of release v3.0.
