So from that perspective the documentation is correct. But one has to start
grepping for
motmod and
hal_init("
to discover this inconsistency. I did not check all instances where
hal_init("some_file_name") is called but what I did check had a consistent
some_file_name.c and some_file_name.h pair of files.
