I have just completed a build:

The pdf docs have a date of 2020-04-05

The html docs are a bit different, they seem to have a date on the bottom that 
is the last change date, for instance PlasmaC is 2020-03-28, Touchy is 
2019-10-15, SilverDragon is 2020-03-04
