Finally got all the stuff yesterday, so its all wired up and tested so an 
f2 if f1 is already enabled, starts and stops the stepper supply by 
starting it for the first second with a 10 ohm, 70 watt resistor in 
series that is shorted by the second SSR 1/2 second later, and goes 
off .1 sec after with an estop or another tap on f2.  Now I can leave 
the breaker on so all the interface stuff is live but mostly invisible 
to the power bill.

Next, I'm still waiting on those new 3 phase steppers that think they are 
servo's. Got 2 of the 3NM's coming. Apparently by oxcart.
