If space isn't' an issue, maybe you could use a PCI-e to PCI adapter with your 5i20.
Otherwise, first you'd need to flash the appropriate firmware to the 5i64 using Mesa Flash. Unlike the 5i20, the 5i64 does not load the firmware at run time, it is saved in its flash memory like Mesa's other newer FPGA cards. Then I would think you should only need to find and replace 5i20 with 5i64 in your config files with a text editor. (This would only be my educated guess though. Since I have no direct experience with either of those cards. I'm sure those more knowledgeable than I will correct my assumptions.) Todd Zuercher P.
