I have seen "band blades" for cutting foam on bandsaws.

A meat slicer blade might work, but I would be concerned that they are
not rated for the speed.

There are blades for rigid foam:

that blade looks like it would do the job
but pricey, $63

Which brings up a very old memory. About 1951 or 1952, my stepfather was working at solar aircraft. in the old Des Moines Tech High School building at 19th and Grand Avenue in Des Moines Ia, USA, in the tool and die shop. Rand out of blades to cut titanium, some sort of a friction cutter machine that ran the blades at nearly explosive speeds for the wheels but looked something like a bandsaw. These machines all had their own blade welders. If he couldn't find a weldable blade the production of an important jet engine for the then heating up korean party that was anything but, would have to stop for several days. The only thing he could find was a pile of shipping strap in the corner, about to be shipped out as scrap. Went to the pile, fished out a piece long enough, cut it and welded up a blade. It did the job at about 90% of the cutting speed of the high priced blade, and accurately enough to keep the production line running. Solar had a reward for good tips and tricks, and got an extra in his paycheck that week.

Could the OP use that same trick?
