if it could have a ii76d card attached, or even better a 7i90HD with the equ of the 7i44td built in for 72 i/o lines, I'd have it ordered already  What have you got that fits that, Peter?

I am at present assuming i'm getting about 700 watts of heat from the two old Dells that drive my go704 and my 6040 gantry, so I'd have to turn both those those heater boxes to get similar heat in cold weather so that's a wash.  But come warm weather, replacing 300W with maybe 60 watts makes a lot more sense.

I now have, like most, bananapi-m2's doing other jobs like a backup server, that can run thru 8 machines, doing an uncompressed save into a raid6 made of 5 ea, 4tb SSD's, in approximately 20 minutes for everything.   I have a couple kill-a-watts watching the power draw, fluctuatiing between 14.5 watts idle, up to 19.5 in the middle of a backup run. + about 5 watts for everything. because the 10.5 inch monitor isn't being watched.  if that isnt a power efficiency I can live with, then I don't understand what I'm doing.

Cheers, Gene Heskett, CET.
